AI Engineer / AI-Consultant – Agent Workflows & LLM Solutions (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you will work on intelligent agent systems, automated workflows and data-driven AI applications. You will translate technical requirements into functioning solutions, from the initial idea to prototypes and final implementation at the customer's site.

- Developing and implementing AI-based workflows and agent systems, e.g. with LangChain, LangGraph, Flowise/n8n or related frameworks.
- End-to-end implementation of LLM applications: from conception and prototyping to productive implementation.
- Analysis, structuring and automation of business processes using modern AI technologies.
- Collaboration with specialist departments to translate data, requirements and processes into functional technical solutions.
- Participation in cross-functional projects where your AI expertise is needed, such as data integration, testing or quality assurance.
You...
- hold a degree in computer science, data science, business informatics or a comparable field of study.
- have professional experience in developing AI workflows and agent systems, ideally including projects you have independently implemented in Python.
- possess strong Python skills and are confident working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines or similar technologies.
- have experience with, or are willing to work with, additional relevant languages and technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL or REST API development.
- have very strong German language skills (at least C1 level).
- work in a structured manner and have a strong interest in modern AI technologies as well as enthusiasm for solution oriented work.
- demonstrate strong communication skills and enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration.
